PAYMENTS

Most major credit cards are accepted. Studio 336 gift cards.


SHIPPING

After payment has cleared, items will ship within 1-10 business days. Items are often made to order, but will go out as soon as possible. Around the holidays items are processed much faster, look for noted shipping deadlines.

If there are questions about items shipping in time or you need your order rushed, please contact prior to placing your order so that we can do our best to accommodate you. Additional costs may apply.

All items are shipped by USPS First Class mail unless otherwise specified. Domestic shipments will be notified with tracking when your package starts it’s journey to you. International shipping will include tracking when possible. Studio 336 is not responsible for items lost after shipment for international orders and buyers are responsible for customs and duty fees.

If you feel as if your package is taking longer than expected for the shipping you’ve chosen, and adequate time has been allowed for tracking updates, please contact us so we can try to assist you in the retrieval of your package. Please try contacting your local post office as well.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


CANCELATIONS

Cancelations are not accepted after 24 hours. If the item is not already set for shipment, the item may be forfeited for store credit.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Purchases may be returned for store credit, minus shipping costs, when contacted within 7 days of delivery. All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging for consideration. Apparel has a $5.00 restocking fee. New purchases and exchanges are subject to new shipping charges.

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If you are unsatisfied, please contact us right away.

For items that arrive damaged, please provide a photograph of packaging and the item within 3 days of delivery.

All items purchased marked as SALE are final. No returns or exchanges.
